A policy briefing on Yantian’s policies to improve the district's port's business environment and cross-border trade facilitation was held June 11 in Yantian District. People in charge from the Office of Port of Entry and Exit of Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government, Shenzhen Customs, Commerce Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality, and Transport Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality were invited to introduce relevant policies to cross-border trade companies in Yantian.
Nuo Minna, deputy researcher from the Development and Reform Bureau of Yantian District, first introduced the general picture of Yantian’s efforts in improving business environment reform.
Staff from Shenzhen Customs then introduced customs clearance procedures, which was followed by the introduction of Yantian’s industrial policy system by the head of the Enterprise Service Department of the Industrial and Information Bureau of Yantian District. According to the department, Yantian has taken shape a policy system featuring five aspects including investment promotion, enterprise development, industrial policies, industrial park policies and energy conservation.
The briefing was concluded with a Q&A session in which staff members from the above-mentioned bureaus answered questions from enterprises.
